Industrial field specialist and local verification work

Local professionals make verification possible

A supplier in Turkey, a factory in Poland, a warehouse in Italy, a fleet yard in Germany or an asset in the UAE may require someone local who can visit, observe, document and report visible facts in a structured way.

Built for serious local professionals, not risky informal tasks.

Permission-based access Internal site visits are performed only where access is arranged or granted by an authorized site representative.
Visible evidence only You document what can be legally, safely and practically observed within the approved assignment scope.
Limitations are accepted If access, photos or information are restricted, you report the limitation instead of taking unnecessary risk.

Why Countries Matter

Your local knowledge is part of the evidence.

Verification is local by nature. Addresses, business districts, industrial zones, ports, factories, warehouses, site access rules, transport distances and working habits differ by country and city. Verihaus needs reliable people who understand their local environment and can collect structured field evidence professionally.

You do not need to be suitable for every assignment. Some tasks require basic field verification. Others require engineering, quality, logistics, automotive, construction, food, healthcare, electronics or other industry-specific expertise. Your application helps us understand where you can add value.

  • Local verifiers can support address checks, company presence, site visibility and basic field evidence.
  • Engineers and technicians can support technical context, equipment checks and visible condition documentation.
  • Quality and audit professionals can support supplier, factory, process and production-context assignments.
  • Warehouse and logistics specialists can support inventory, shipment, port, depot and storage-location checks.
  • Industry specialists can support assignments where sector knowledge improves evidence quality and reporting clarity.

Country Directory

Apply to support assignments in your country

Search your country and apply with your city, travel range, languages and expertise. Country status is an indication of recruiting focus, not a guarantee of immediate assignments.

Not listed? You can still apply. Verihaus reviews new countries, cities and specialist profiles as the network grows.

Field Roles by Country

What kind of assignments may be matched locally

Each country needs different field capabilities. Verihaus matches assignments according to location, access, safety, language, experience and the level of technical or industry knowledge required.

L

Local Presence Checks

Confirm whether a company address, supplier site, warehouse, office, yard or asset location can be found and documented from permitted areas.

F

Supplier & Factory Visits

Support authorized supplier site visits, basic factory verification, exterior evidence, visible activity indicators and structured checklist reporting.

Q

Assist with visible production context, packaging, process observations, documentation limits and practical red flags where your background is relevant.

W

Warehouse & Logistics

Document storage areas, goods, pallets, shipments, depots, ports, loading areas, vehicle yards or inventory-related evidence where permitted.

E

Engineering & Asset Checks

Support assignments involving equipment, machinery, vehicles, infrastructure, visible condition indicators or technical site context.

Application Process

How country-based registration works

Applying does not mean you must accept every task. It helps Verihaus understand where you are located, what you can verify and which assignments may fit your professional background.

1

Select your country

Tell us where you are based, which cities or regions you can cover, and how far you can reasonably travel.

2

Describe your expertise

Share your background, industries, languages, certifications, equipment, reporting skills and assignment preferences.

3

Profile review

Verihaus reviews your profile and may contact you for clarification before matching you with suitable assignment types.

4

Assignment invitation

If a suitable task appears, you receive the scope, location, timing, fee, evidence requirements and safety boundaries before accepting.

Country-Specific Matching

Every country has different practical realities.

A factory visit in Turkey, a warehouse check in the Netherlands, an equipment verification in Germany, a project-site visit in Saudi Arabia or a supplier presence check in Vietnam may require different travel planning, language skills, access expectations and industry knowledge.

Verihaus does not treat every country or assignment as identical. We match local professionals to tasks based on the practical situation: site type, distance, safety, permissions, reporting depth, client objective and the level of specialist knowledge required.

This protects both the client and the field professional. The client receives better evidence, and you receive assignments that are closer to your location, experience and realistic field conditions.

What Verihaus considers before matching

  • Your country, city, travel range and practical availability
  • Your languages and ability to communicate locally if needed
  • Your industry background, technical knowledge and site experience
  • Whether the assignment is exterior-only, authorized internal access or specialist review
  • Local travel distance, site accessibility, safety and timing
  • Photo, video, checklist and reporting requirements
  • Any restrictions, conflicts of interest or limitations you identify before accepting

Professional Boundaries

What Verihaus will not ask you to do

Trust is built when expectations are clear. Verihaus assignments are structured field tasks, not informal investigations or unsafe access attempts.

No unauthorized entry

You are not expected to enter private facilities, production areas, warehouses, yards, offices or restricted spaces without permission from the supplier, site owner or authorized representative.

No hidden investigation or false identity

Verihaus does not ask field professionals to pretend to be someone else, misrepresent the purpose of a visit, secretly record people or create conflict with site staff.

No unsafe or illegal evidence collection

If photos, access or documentation are not permitted, you report the limitation. You do not trespass, bypass security, use drones without approval or take unnecessary personal risk.

Country Network FAQ

Questions before you apply

These answers explain how Verihaus country coverage, registration and assignment matching work for inspectors, verifiers, engineers and industry specialists.

Does applying guarantee assignments?

No. Applying adds your profile to the Verihaus field network for review and potential matching. Assignment availability depends on client demand, location, expertise, timing, access and scope.

Can I apply if my country is not listed?

Yes. The country directory shows current recruiting focus and target coverage. If your country is not listed, you can still apply and describe your location and expertise.

Do I need to be a certified inspector?

Not always. Some assignments require specialist qualifications, but others require reliable local presence, clear communication, careful photo documentation and structured reporting. Your profile helps us match you only with suitable work.

Will I be asked to enter a factory without permission?

No. Internal facility checks require authorized access. If access is refused or not arranged, the assignment is limited to permitted or publicly accessible areas and the limitation is clearly reported.

Can I cover multiple countries or regions?

Yes. If you can legally and practically support assignments in more than one country, region or city, include that information in your application together with your travel limits and languages.
