Inspector roles
Choose the Verification Role
That Matches Your
Field Experience
Verihaus works with inspectors, verifiers, engineers, auditors and local field professionals who can collect structured evidence for supplier, factory, warehouse, asset and site verification assignments. Each assignment is scoped before acceptance, and field work is performed only where it is safe, legal and permitted.
Supplier sites · factories · warehouses · assets · project locations
Verihaus roles are built around structured evidence, not guesswork.

How a Verihaus field assignment typically moves from request to report
Each assignment is reviewed before field execution. You are not expected to accept unclear, unsafe or unsuitable work. Scope, access status and reporting expectations are defined before the visit.
Assignment invitation
You receive the location, requested role, expected timing, fee, scope and available background information.
Scope and access check
The task is confirmed as an authorized visit, limited exterior check or other clearly defined verification format.
Field evidence collection
You collect permitted photos, checklist answers, observations and access limitations according to the brief.
Submission and review
Your evidence is checked for completeness, clarity and consistency before it is used in the final client report.

FAQ
Inspector role questions
These answers explain how Verihaus roles work before you submit an application.
Do I need to be a certified auditor to apply?
No. Some assignments require qualified auditors or technical specialists, but other assignments require reliable local verifiers who can collect structured evidence and follow a clear checklist. Your profile determines which role types may fit you.
Can I choose which assignments to accept?
Yes. Assignment invitations are shared with scope, location, timing and fee information before acceptance. You should only accept assignments that match your availability, experience and practical ability to complete the task.
Will I be asked to enter facilities without permission?
No. Internal facility checks require permission from the supplier, site owner or authorized representative. If access is refused or restricted, you document the limitation and complete only what is permitted within the approved scope.
What equipment do I need?
Most basic assignments require a smartphone with a good camera, internet access, ability to follow instructions and professional communication. Some technical assignments may require specific tools or measuring equipment, which will be defined before acceptance.
Are Verihaus roles employment positions?
Verihaus inspector roles are normally project-based field assignments. The exact commercial arrangement, fee and scope are confirmed before an assignment starts.
